Sure, Getting where you want to go takes time and dedication but with that you surely see where you want to be in your fitness journey. When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own and teach you how to properly move your body. I been training clients for about a year I ranged from working with youngest to oldest and the non fittest to the fittest, everyone has a goal that they want to hit and i'm here to help achieve that. I'm a mobile trainer I train clients at homes, and commercial gyms if you have a membership. I have a membership at Crunch Fitness. I train in the areas of Houston, Pasedena, Pearland, Missouri City, Katy (Cinco Ranch) and everywhere else within a 35min drive from me.
